I spent more than 20 years inside big companies: Microsoft, AT&T, Equifax and GreenSky. My job was to take big plans and make them actually happen. I'm a PMP, an ICF-certified coach and a Six Sigma Green Belt, so I know both halves of the work: the plan and the people who have to carry it.
At Microsoft I owned an internal data platform and tripled its users, from 452 to 1,382, by running its rollout like a product launch. I supported more than $1.5 billion in revenue opportunities with the data behind it. I also coached inside Microsoft's own leadership programs: two coaching cohorts rated 4.8 out of 5 and more than 180 hours of leadership development for early-career talent.
Now I bring that same playbook to clients. On one city program, a previous vendor had let employee training fall behind. We got on-time delivery from 68% to 91% and cut delivery time by 22%.
